2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
We may consider a refund in the following cases:
The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our side (for example, download link not working).
You were charged twice for the same transaction.
The product you received is completely different from what was described on our website.

If you have booked a paid consulting session, audit, or service package:
You may cancel your session at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show” and will not be refunded.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback request through their bank or payment provider.
Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future access to our products and services.
